The third annual "HJ's Bike Show" took place on the 15th May 2004, at the Chipping Sodbury Masonic Hall, the same venue as last year.

All proceeds from the show go to The Freewheelers charity in Bristol, who deliver urgent medical supplies (by bike) around the area helping to save lives.

The day started of nice and sunny, clear and warm, and it just got better. By lunch time people were covering up their necks and putting on hats to avoid sunburn. What a glorious change from the last couple of years!

The kitchen at the hall provded us with a plentiful supply of burgers, beans, bacon chips and onions; and delcious cream cakes. Much to the delight of the MAG (Western Region) stand I'm told. The bar provided much needed (cool) liquid refreshment to those wilting in the heat.

The afternoon's musical entertainment was provided by Steve the Mandolin Man, as seen at various MAG and NABD rallies, and no doubt plenty of others.

The Show Bikes

There was a good turn out of bikes entered in the show, all to a high standard. Judging took place in the afternoon, in the blazing sunshine, and the results are below. This year's trophies were mounted and engraved pistons.
